I do not cry,
No tears will fall from my sad eyes,
As sorrow enfolds my weeping soul,
No signs of anguish shall be told,
Inside I slowly die,
But no tears will fall from my sad eyes,
Misery chokes the life from me,
But I let no one see,
The smiles i make, a deluded lie,
But no tears will fall from my sad eyes,
Stagnant inward, but not on the out,
A heart gorged on consuming self doubt,
I breathe in a woeful sigh,
But no tears will fall from my sad eyes,
My screaming is hushed; it cannot be heard,
Even suffering I'll not divulge a word,
For you see, I do not cry,
No tears will fall from my sad eyes.
